Best overall I'll have to say Protea specter. Ammo, health, energy, good damage that also provides CC. She was insane with Probo Cernos, but since they added ammo for specters I went back to Bubonico since it has infinite ammo and good base stats for a specter. And a tip for anyone using any form of Warframe specter.

Module X is Specter's most used module when in a general team and with her S2. It greatly improves everything about her Substitute, boosting its damage and movement speed debuff.

As most people, my favourite defensive supports are q HealFirebrand, Heal Alac Mech, Heal Alac Tempest, and Druid. The playstyle is very dynamic, and the APM can be quite high if you want to "do it all". The combination of instant aegis/stability/reflects will cheese lots of mechanics.
